It’s been one of those rubbish days. First exam tomorrow and feeling the stress. But I made it through the day without bingeing or unplanned snacking despite being dragged to Mac Donald’s because a friend needed ice cream and having to suffer through watching my bf eat the best looking pie I’ve ever seen. So all in all that’s a win. Currently feeling like the scale is still going to be up tomorrow though 🙄. Symptomatic of a rubbish feeling day I guess...
