I have a feeling I will drop a bit more. I didn’t eat yesterday, did a full fast. Was planning on fasting today but I got shaky and had a McDonald’s snack wrap for lunch. Kind of disappointed. But I will make dinner healthy then fast tomorrow! I made carrot ginger soup
