okay guys! here goes nothing! i am starting my diet again, after having gained ALL and more that i lost last year. i am ready this time to take it off, and KEEP it off. however, i cannot do it alone. i have dedicated everything this diet is about to the Lord, and i trust Him that He will bless my efforts for His honor and glory. i'm here if anyone out there wants to gibe or receive encouragement-just let em know and pray for me as i will for you!
