A day of working on the road. Meetings, training and, oh yes, more meetings. Grabbed a packet of crisps instead of mcdonalds today and had a service staion sausage batch between appointments.
I went shopping last night and got lots of fruit, peppers and salad.
Getting the boys ready for school and getting to mother in laws in a rush each morning. I need to start having breakfast.J ust need time to digest it though.
