Well yesterday i received some bad news and some wonderful news. Well the bad news is that the doctor told me i have to up my calories to at least 2000 a day. So that will slow my weight loss down much more. But on the wonderful news side and shocking side is that she told me i am pregnant! Wooohoooo! At being 37 years old and being told that for the first time is a bit shocking and overwhelming and it still hasn't sunk in that it is true. It'll take me a couple of days i guess.. :)) Well guys wish me luck in both aspects. :)

congrat :D...don't worry if you keep your weight the same or only gain 5 to 15 lbs you'll loose it all at the delivery... I lost about 10lbs mostly do too 9 month mourning sickness...and after the delivery I dropped about 20 lbs...being pregnant gives you an other reason to eat healthy...
