Well it seems again that I am having a hard time getting back on track. I haven't been to the gym in over a week and that urge to work out that I was enjoying is fading fast. I have been making alot of excuses for myself but I am ready to get it together. I did pretty well with my eating today. I did find myslef very tempted and I am starting to feel like my "habit" is not helping me. I give in way to much to the "munchies". I really wish that I could give this up but I have been doing it now for over half my life and it is hard to quit. I need to realize the issue and squash it. As I sit here and type this my brain is telling me to give in and eat what I want and start back tomorrow. I will not fail. Breakfast is in 10 minutes and I am going to make it count. I will fit into my goal outfit by Kailie's Birthday and I will look great. NO MORE FAILING...GET BACK ON TRACK!!!!!!
