Okay, the weekend is over and time to get serious!! I have not done real well the last few weeks! Today I woke up refreshed and ready to start anew! I need to get my mind focused before I can follow with my body! I have decided to change more than my weight. I am going to lose all the fat in my life. I am making a list of all the things that cause me heartache and stress and then I am gonna work on removing all of those things from my life!! I want to be a happy go lucky person who doesn't stress out over every little thing! I know that I can do it if I take it one step at a time!!

Sounds like you have a plan! Its always good to "clean your life" of negative things that affect you in a bad way. Don't worry about not being good the past few weeks...sometimes just because we say we're ready to start a "life change", we aren't necessarily really ready for it. Sounds like you may be ready now! Good luck! and I look forward to watching your progress! =)
