I hope all have had a good mother's day! I have been in NY (from FLA) with my daughter and her 2 little boys since Thursday and we spent the day with her friends; it was cozy and warm, and we were not overfed, nor did I overeat===that is speaking for today anyway.....
I have been stomach sick for 2 weeks and it seem to have finally gone away so that I can now concentrate on following SB, not cheating because of tummy aches that are relieved with many carbs per day. Althouth I have my daughter's scale, I'm not reporting what I weigh yet because it is not the same as mine. However, I will use her numbers to see how much I lose by the time I leave for home on May 23rd-I just KNOW there will be a loss, because I am through with illness and I am attending diet rehab in my own mind.......I haven't made entries (still haven't) for days again, but I am going to try to catch up now as best I can, and start tomorrow with a clean slate...Actually, I AM UP 4 pounds from 150-ouch******and I can go two ways, up or down=well I choose down!
