So, I haven't been on the computer for a couple weeks. I've been entering my food from my phone and I-Pad, so I haven't been able to read or write journal entries, but I'm back now. I've been back home for a couple of weeks now. I had one day of true non-Keto eating and one day with a few carbs. Weight is hanging out where it was when I left TX. So this past week, I fasted for 70 hours straight to kick it up a notch. I'm going to try the alternate day fasting for a while. I'm eating one or two meals per day on eating days, and not eating the next. I haven't decided whether to do a 3 days per week fasting or truly fasting every other day. I may have to switch it up some due to family gatherings and community meals. But, I'm going to try to eat 2,000+ calories on eating days and nothing but coffee, sugar free vanilla and sometimes MCT oil on fasting days. I've been really pleased with the sustained energy boost that I get from the MCT oil. I can walk 3 to 6 miles while fasting if I swallow a TBL of MCT oil a half hour before starting. I've also found that the Thin Slim "LOVE THE TASTE" Zero Carb Bread and Bagels are delicious. Especially when toasted and buttered. If you are eating KETO and haven't tried them, I highly recommend them. I hope that y'all have a wonderful week.
