Did my first intermittent fasting or IF as some people shorten it on here. I made it to 11:30 then had lunch... chicken breast with cauli rice. Then I stumbled and had a few chocolate covered almonds but only 16 carbs so far today even with those lil demons, lol. I now I shouldn't cheat so early in the game but I did so now I just keep moving along. I did a 20 min walk around the lake at lunch time to get my body moving. I sit at a computer all day so any extra movement I can get should help with something, right?

You will need more calories, or your body will go into starvation mode, and your metabolism will stop..Try to stay close or under
