Well, I'll bet there are lots of new members based on New Year's resolutions. I got to 340 lbs. without negative health symptoms, but the risk/reward ratio has flipped over the past year. My mobility is declining and I don't feel well.
My fiance joined WeightWatcher 360 online, but I don't want to have to convert everything I eat to points when every nutrition label already listed calories per serving.
This website computes my daily calories to lose 1 lb./week at 3000, which seems high to me.
Today was Day 3 and I am definitely less sluggish. The scales show a loss but I'm sure it is water weight.
