Not feeling particularly great this morning. I am down a pound, so that is win, but I was in line for a far more substantial drop.

I just did my 1,000 steps for the 11:00 hour and I felt some resistance in making a fist (as if blood was rushing toward the end of my fingers. That and the suddenly less than expected drop in poundage leads me to believe that all is not lost and that I have some water to push through. My guess is the roasted potatoes last night were of no help, and certainly not the (undocumented) handful of pretzels while struggling to watch the end of the Bruins win.

Welp...It is what it is. Stay the course and that much more credit to take next week. Right?
