So if you ask me if I did it....kind of I end up eating well at least 3 times a week. I try to squeeze in exercise as much as possible. Now that my kids are on vacation it probably should be easy for me to get in some much needed exercise outside w/ the kids. Have I tried.....not really. I woke up this morning at 5am when hubby left to work. Was lying down enjoying the silence for about 30 mins. Then got up and decided to do a 20 min ab yoga dvd I have. Then from there went to the on demand channel and found jillians 30 day shred part1....so I think i'm gonna try this for 30 days + trying as best I can to eat right. After all the beer I drank this long weekend I think I need to really push myself. So I can stop bitching about my weight! LOL. Have a great week dolls and keep up your good work!*
