It does help, yes. When I came back again, most recently in January, I wasn't trying to create a deficit at all - just trying to track my sugar. I wanted to know if I'd still be hungry or feel deprived if I ate 'less' at some point. For all the things like people saying 'I'm on a diet, I'm starving' it was able to help me see 'no, you're not, you're eating plenty.' I guess that's why I'm a little baffled at people who don't want to record their diary honestly because they don't want other's to see it. We're here, supporting each other and learning. Okay, preaching to the choir. Sorry.
