So the 4th of July was pretty bad, at least calorie wise. I didn't really have a sit down meal and I'm sure I passed through the kitchen a few times and grabbed a plain hotdog or a few chips. I pretty much picked most of the day lol. I don't think it will mess me up too bad. Tomorrow is a new day!
