Jeez this is my last night of being on shift for seven so now I can focus on sticking to a plan its difficult for me because when I get home I eat breakfast and have a mug of instant coffee then bath and go to bed. I wake up at 2.30pm and don't usually eat before I leave for work just a mug of coffee will do. I will organise a plan for when I'm back on night shift and be prepared.
