It amazing how good you feel after exercise. I was watching the today show today and I saw a segment on Mother's Day featuring moms. This mom developed exercise programs for moms and babies. I did some of the exersices to night with the little one and it was fun. You can find the exercises at http://www.strollerstrides.com/exercises.php They also have classes in alot of areas. I don't want to pay to go or I would because they have one that would be perfect. Thankfully I was given a baby carrier (that took me some time to figure out how to use) but I enjoyed that time with my baby. It's alot easier to exersice with him than to hear him crying because I'm not holding him. Two day's of exercise whoo hoo...Now if I can just stay motivated.
