I was running late this morning, 30mins to take a shower, eat, dress, and get to work. Nice. So I grabbed a Lowfat Chocolate Milk and a fresh breakfast sandwich from the gas station. Gotta do whatcha gotta do. I have been really good lately and the scale has been kind lol. After just 20lbs lost, I am more energetic and happy then I have ever been. This site has really helped me stay on this weight loss journey. Thank you everyone for your comments. It has helped so much!
