Where I live in Central Virginia is expecting big thunder storms to come through early this afternoon, and again around sunset tonight. In effect through midnight tonight are flash flood warnings, damaging winds up to 70 mph and tornado watches! This is one of those watch-the-weather-news-all-day days. We’ve moved the cars to a shelter to protect them from falling tree limbs. All this, and I’m having a want-to-eat-everything-in-sight day! I’ve decided that I will allow myself to go over on my RDI for calories today; but, will make it all “legal” foods. Fun times!
