Yesterday I thought, Hey, I've lost nearly 40 pounds, I think I deserve some sort of reward! So I went to the Coach store with a good friend, and got a new purse and wallet! So cute! We also went to Ikea, so all of the walking and heavy lifting counted as my workout for the day! As far as eating goes...not so good for lunch...but I did good for breakfast and dinner, and I'm doing good so far today. And it was my only cheat meal in quite some time.
