I lost more than I thought this past week...2.2 lbs! I was hoping for just one, so this is a pleasant surprise. The last couple of days I haven't really been hungry at dinner, so I have eaten pretty lightly at that meal. The back has stopped hurting, so back to my walking plan! Well, tomorrow back to the walking plan...I'm stuck at home today, so will have to use my step machine or elliptical to get in a little exercise.
