How can i lose 5 pounds in one month? Anyone did it?

I do count calories, and have almost a deficit of 800 but i feel its not enough. Maybe should wait a little bit for my body and the scale to show the change. I wosh there is a place in this app where we can report people. Like i can’t report this man’s unnecessary and idiotic comments.

Definitely possible! I’ve done it, not a fan of it but you can do it, just not sure how healthy it though.

I replace my morning coffee with a mocha greens keto coffee super affordable and keeps me full. You don’t need to be on the keto diet!!

Bianca. I'm on the keto diet with a combination of intermittent fasting. 1 lost 10 lbs between March 14 and April 14. but ..... a lot may have been water weight as I started at a weight quite out of my normal range due to hormone treatment for menopause.

I keep my cals at max 700 and make sure what I’m taking in is all healthy and I’m getting the nutrients I need. Whatever comes in - goes out! I also take HIIT classes four times a week with one barre or yoga class, than weekends I eat a little more than usual to spark my metabolism! It really works for me but its hard work and that what it takes!! I lost 30 pounds in less than 3 months and before that with out the HIIT classes 15 pounds in two months. Even if you eat 2000 cals a day reducing that to 1500 can help you loose 1 pound a week 💜 best of luck remember its all about the positive attitude!!

Jillybo thank you for your input... yes i connect with what you are saying. I eat almost 600 cal a day and i stay very active (ex: walking 4 miles a day)... i hope i could drop. By the way, the person who said negative things and bullied everybody deleted his comments but i had snap shots of his comments and i reported him to the app managers... We will not accept negative people in here..

I honestly don’t understand how your metabolisms aren’t totally shut down at such low calories! I wouldn’t be able to function....I’m Struggling trying to stay at 1500!🤪 I am sooo glad that you reported those awful comments!!! You totally rule today!

Everyones body works completely different. What works for me may do complete opposite for someone else. As long as you eat healthy and not over eat or indulge all the time and keep a active lifestyle thats what important! 💜 I also have been sober for a very long time. I believe from my own experience that alcohol beverages will not help you in any sort of way especially in loosing weight ☺️

When I really started to see results was when I started to do very intense works outs. But I understand that may not be for everyone. 💜

Eat 1,200 cals a day and you can loose it in a weeks

I lost 5 kg in one month at the start of my journey and like you, was not super overweight to begin with Ensure you're eating in a caloric deficit (lots of protein and vegetables helps keep you feeling full) and get to the gym 4-6 times a week and you will lose 5 pounds in no time! Nutrition and your intake is the key here though

I also noticed you said you eat 600 calories a day in the comments below-- that is very low and may actually be sabotaging your efforts. Something I realized over the least 6 months is that creating too large a deficit on your intake side only works a few days. Your body then slows down its metabolism accordingly because it thinks food is scarce and will try to preserve you. My advice is to set your goal and stats, see the intake the app recommends, and substract 250-500 calories from that. Eat this amount and balance out your deficit creation on the exercise side and you will see much better results without feeling starved!
