Ok, diet followed "reasonably well" is a bit of a misnomer. At least the # went down.

My husband is complaining that I am losing too much weight. I, of course, think he's a nut. I haven't been too thin a single day of my life and think that the goal I have chosen (135 @ 5 ft. 2 in.) is really reasonable. It's taking me a long time to get there, but I think the slow process of "getting back on and off and then back on the wagon" is an important one as I get closer to goal. Maybe the slowness will make my loose skin shrink up a little (LOL HaHaHa. The "twin skin " on my tummy is probably with me for the duration!)

Well, that's certainly the hallmark of success -- when hubby starts to complain that you are getting too thin, lol! What is his concern? Is he worried about your health? The cost of new clothes? That you are too attractive to other men now? That he doesn't have a pig-out partner anymore? I think your goal is very reasonable and you are so right that slow and steady wins this race...your graph is awesome!!!

After being on a cruise, I now KNOW that I was not getting anywhere near the too-thin mark. Mind you, I looked just fine, but all those skin rolls I had when I put on my swimsuit reminded me that I was not unrealistic when I set my weight goal, either. Good job!

Massiverally--I think my husband misses the boobies!! They are closer to fried eggs than cantelopes now! I just tell him that it's amazing what you can do with the right bra these days! He might worry a little about the attractiveness to others...but he is enjoying it himself. 10-15 pounds less would be smaller than he has ever seen me Heck, I haven't seen me at 135 for 26 years!
