Weight was 202.2 this morning, I can live with that. I'm not in a race. I'm more concerned with health than weight, and I know I'm making healthy choices. Make healthy choices in food and exercise and the weight issues will take care of themselves. Not sure what caused yesterday's spike, but probably more sodium than I realized in something I ate. Today's meal plan should help...two lowfat Eggo nutrigrain waffles and a scrambled egg for breakfast. Sandwich and fruit for lunch. Salmon, brown rice, and veggies for dinner (more fruit for dessert). Tomorrow things get tricky....sister in law arriving early tomorrow morning for nine days. I love my SIL, and enjoy her visits, but trying to cater to someone who doesn't have the same eating habits as me can be disruptive to my meal plans. I usually have meals planned out well ahead of time, but try as I might I only have planned through today. I'm still trying to come up with dinners I can prepare that serve my purposes that I also think she will like.
