I ended up eating last night. I wasn’t ready for a 24 hour fast. I was fighting with the wife and stressed. Well, I felt terrible for breaking the fast, so I decided I that I’m done with the excuses and I’m done not fighting for myself. I know everyone tells me I’m doing great, but I still have my struggles.
Today is actually pretty easy on my 16/8. I’m focused and actually wanting to hit the gym, even though I can’t. So I’m going to find a foldable bench and some weights for home to get some resistance training. I already have a treadmill for some cardio.
I’m just ready to shed this weight. For the first time in my life, this has actually become my life. I can feel it. I am different. I am smaller. I took the stairs at work today without even thinking about it. It was just part of the routine. My back has zero pain now. I’m getting healthy.
