Started Nutrisystem again this week. So far so good until yesterday. Odd day at work caused me to miss my shake and therefore my calories were off. Went to the gym and had NO ENERGY! It was supposed to be chest day yet even with preworkout and Creatine Monohydrate just lifting the 45 lb bar was SO HEAVY!. The previous weeks chest day ended with 185 lbs for 9 reps on final set. Yesterday I puttered out at 155 x 8 for final set.
