My dilemma...move on to phase 2, or wait until Monday as originally planned. It would have been easier for me today (on a day long field trip) to be on phase 2, and I'm not having cravings...but I ultimately decided to wait, rather than tamper with a good thing. My mind is set on two full weeks for phase 1, and I don't won't to throw myself off course by doing something that feels like I'm going against what I've learned...if it doesn't feel right, don't do it. I can do 2-3 more days of phase 1...I have enough phase 1 leftovers in the fridge to carry me through.
