Up almost two pounds.

It can only mean one thing. TOM should be making his presence known within the next couple of days. I'm trying to not let it get me down, but it's hard. Yes, I ate like a crazy person, but I didn't make bad choices and I definitely didn't over do it. I didn't go over 1200 calories, and I walked. I just don't understand.

I think I'm going to have a partial fast. I'm not going to eat until I'm absolutely hungry. I don't know if I should drink water, because I think that's the problem, that I'm retaining water.

I've also been having a problem, where I can't...go. I haven't in 6 days. I'm not worried because I don't have any pain, but it is a bit disconcerting. And makes me think that my body is working against me. That's a terrible feeling.

I'll be in a better mood I'm sure. This weekend is a busy one, but while I have at least 3 parties, one is a roller skating party and the other is a pool party, so I'll be exercising, while partying! Which I think it going to be awesome.

That's all I got for today. 2 days til a 4 day weekend!!!

Poor thing!!! Just the 'not going' part would have you 'up' on the scale!! Hope your body 'lets loose' soon!! LOL!!! Hang in there!!

You get a 4 day weekend? That is awesome! Can you take some medicine of your issue, or Benefiber or something? That should help, and then you can see a big drop on the scale. :)

Hmm. If you're retaining water, you shouldn't NOT drink water. Jessyline posted the other day about a water retention tea that worked for her. It's by Traditional Medicines. They sell it in most healthfood stores and even some big grocery stores. Yay for a four-day weekend!

Yeah, I just googled water retention and drinking water (because that's the kind of obsessive compulsive person I am) and NOT drinking water will make water retention worse. The first thing that popped up said that one of the things that HELPS is drinking MORE water, as counter-intuitive as that is.
