Up almost two pounds.
It can only mean one thing. TOM should be making his presence known within the next couple of days. I'm trying to not let it get me down, but it's hard. Yes, I ate like a crazy person, but I didn't make bad choices and I definitely didn't over do it. I didn't go over 1200 calories, and I walked. I just don't understand.
I think I'm going to have a partial fast. I'm not going to eat until I'm absolutely hungry. I don't know if I should drink water, because I think that's the problem, that I'm retaining water.
I've also been having a problem, where I can't...go. I haven't in 6 days. I'm not worried because I don't have any pain, but it is a bit disconcerting. And makes me think that my body is working against me. That's a terrible feeling.
I'll be in a better mood I'm sure. This weekend is a busy one, but while I have at least 3 parties, one is a roller skating party and the other is a pool party, so I'll be exercising, while partying! Which I think it going to be awesome.
That's all I got for today. 2 days til a 4 day weekend!!!
