Weight up a tad today, but not concerned because since the weekends restaurant escapades I have kept close tabs on calories and sodium intake. I am extremely tired though, and that's more bothersome. I worked out yesterday afternoon and from that time on it was all I could do to stay awake. Finally went to bed around 10, when I was falling asleep on the sofa, didn't wake up until 7 AM. I'm consuming around 1400 calories per day, should be sufficient. Whereas eating healthier usually energizes me, I'm not finding it so much this time. I still think it might be the later workouts that are to blame. I'm not working out today, but will aim for an early AM workout tomorrow and see if that makes a difference. Today I have cleaning olympics to attend to....in laws arriving on Friday.
