Just an update, My injuries have subsided ---- Shins are feeling alot better and feet are good..... I have had this thing that occurs since before I started dieting that I had hoped would go away but has not. It is a numbness on my left hip/leg area in the surface of the tissue. Feels like when you get novacain at dentist and it is wearing off.... Very annoying and won't go away. Sometimes seems cooler to touch than other hip especially after workout (walking) I had gone to Doc at one point and he said it was probably a pinched nerve that is giving this sensation and not much can be done uness it gets invasive....

If anyone has any ideas let me know. Diet is right on track.....
