Just did some research on intermittent fasting and I’m sold. I didn’t eat dinner last night and it feels wonderful. I think skipping dinner makes the most sense for me since: 1. I love breakfast food and 2. It is much cheaper this way. I could always skip breakfast and eat it at dinner time. Now I have choices to make.

You know, I never thought about the economics of fasting - I guess it is a good way to save money from one less meal being consumed. I'm not much for eating anything before 1-2 pm but I don't sleep well if I go to bed hungry.

I’m thinking of skipping breakfast and eating breakfast food for dinner. More time to cook good food and it is much cheaper.

Breakfast type foods are definitely economical. Soooo many ways to cook eggs.

Definitely. And I can drink a protein shake before it and breakfast food without bread doesn’t make me feel stuffed.

Plus, with breakfast food I’m actually really good at getting the right amount of portions. It’s so easy. I’m definitely doing this. Sorry breakfast, but science says you can go.

I eat my OMAD meal at dinner time with my family, and everybody loves breakfast for dinner! 😃 Fasting is the best!
