Just made my next 3 days lunches. Not-fried fried rice. Jasmine rice beefed up with about 1/3 riced cauliflower, with a bit of scrambled egg mixed in, with sesame garlic shrimp and mushrooms. All topped with rice seasoning. 488 calories per container.

awesome idea. i know it sounds weird but i used cauliflower rice to beef up seasoned ground beef and with the cumin and chili powder added you couldn't even tell which was which and i could actually get the ratio super high cauliflower! i used it for tacos
