Hmmmm..Bit too low I think.. it's harder trying to maintain n add a little weight than it is to lose it! Upped my calorie intake yet again.. struggling to eat them all though without upping my sugar!

Nightmare isn't it Tracy2211 even the app is telling me that I now weight to little for my height..n I'm on 5'1"" .. eating like a pig.. but had a diabetes scare Last year.. that's what started me on the diet to begin with..so trying to eat loads without going over 22 grams of sugar a day is mad..n suffer from high blood pressure so trying to keep my salt under 1500 a day.. that's not as hard as the sugar though..n when am I supposed to get the time to eat it all..+ do extra exercise so it doesn't turn into flab! 😰

Well I've managed 2084 calories today and actually feel sick and bloated from eating so much.. each meal has just seemed to run into the next.. can't do that every day!

You're 5'1 at 7.7 stone. I'm 5'3 at 8 stone. Better to be where you are now than to be bigger, possibly with excess fat due to trying to eat loads to bulk out? If you feel ok with your weight then isn't that ok?

No Tracy2211 I've actually gone down from 7.7 to 7.4 and now I'm 7.2 that's why I'm a bit worried... getting really low now.. I was happy at 7.7 n was even ok at 7.4 but 7.2 is pushing it a bit too much! My app thing must be showing up wrong.. I'll have a look TY Xx

Just had a look n my app seems to be reading right..100.8 lbs= 7.2 stone!
