Not at all. I stressed all day about dinner. My wife found this, and I surprised her with the mushrooms. We discovered stuffed mushrooms yesterday (cooking them) and I’m perfecting my own recipe. I needed to up my fat count today so I added butter to the cheese mixture.

One of my favorites, stuff mushrooms with cream cheese, wrap with 1/2-1 slice of bacon, and cook for about 30 min at 350. Really easy and delicious.

Are you a coffee drinker in the morning? I will typically add 1/4 of a protein shake to my coffee. I do a Swiss chocolate.

I replaced my coffee with 8 oz of organic green tea, and I add 1 tblsp of organic lemon juice. The combination is both relaxing and gives you energy. I do it after yoga to get my day really going. Then I drink tea before each meal. It actually helps with my weak stomach. I haven’t had to take my prescription Imodium for two days not. Loving it.

FullaBella it definitely helps!! I don’t count it towards my IF. I log 1/4 for sure but it’s not a full meal replacement that way and it adds to the protein i need😊

Well I'm not IF I just can't deal with food for breakfast. I used to force myself to choke down oatmeal or eggs but this time around I've just been opting for bullet proof coffee. Last week I decided to leave the coconut oil out and noticed my blood sugar was dropping low until I worked up a lunch appetite. I think your suggestion is going to help. I'll probably drop the heavy whipping cream with the protein sub too.

Intermittent fasting. You only take in coffee and water for 16 hrs, and eat in an 8 hour window. Many different times.. 16/8, 18/6, 20/4, one meal a day (omad)..

I love stuffed mushrooms. Mushrooms are also an immune system booster and anti-inflammatory. Lots of micro nutrients. A quick yummy mushroom dish for a topper or a side dish. Slice them, quick saute them in butter or olive oil with finely chopped ginger.
