Didn't get a lot of sleep, which usually hinders my weight loss, but still dropped to 202 today. Confirms my suspicions that too much sodium in restaurant fare was the reason for my weight spike. Today's menu should help matters...oatmeal w/blueberries for breakfast, sandwich and fruit for lunch, and ground turkey/black bean tacos on low carb whole wheat tortillas for dinner. Still working out what my snacks will be today, but right now my calories are looking to be around 1300 or so.
