Oh ... oh my! What a great idea for steak! I find that the less expensive Aldi's and Lidl's steaks are really tough. Does anyone think that marinating them (in Italian dressing or something else) would tenderize them?

I got fantastic bone in ribeye at Aldi no extra work. Boneless sirloin is touchy lol. That’s why we marinated them. These are Costco. Hubby seared both sides in butter and then did a low medium until we had a gravy form in its own with the beef juice and butter and marinade. We kept them medium rare by then turning to low. We usually use the George Foreman but hubby new these would do better in a cast iron pan. Sooooo good😊😊
