just love the roasted cauliflower and make it often ... well for me and my daughter hubby hates it lol but looks fantastic yummy yum:)

I also add some paprika or garlic to give it a little more flavor. Try cutting it up into small pieces with eggs in the morning.

Agreed Clay! I’d advise splitting a full head, lay in baking dish, coat with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and spices, bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. Cauliflower should be tender and browned.
