This is crazy. I have been going insane with my eating ever since I got back from florida 6 weeks ago. Since its winter and the holidays i gave myself a few extra cheat days. Well a few turned into almost every day which is not acceptable. Since coming home from Florida I have no put on about 16 pounds! That is so unlike me especially since I usually work out about 34897 hours a day. I have still been working out but instead of restricting my calories i have been having thousands upon thousands. Not cool. As of today I am offically going back on my A game to at least get back to normal. Once Jan 1 comes about the fiance and I said we are going back to really strict since we have two weddings in April and our own wedding in June. But in the mean time that does not give me the excuse to put on even more weight. I have three office parties this week and the fiances 30th birthday tomorrow. we already agreed that instead of going out to dinner tomorrow we will have grilled chicken and a side and save dinner for this weekend. Amber, you cannot let this happen anymore. Make the right decisions. I have now had 40oz of water so far and I am about to go have some more to flush as much sodium out of my body as possible.

Winter is the worst, it always feels like the time to put on a little extra weight - we can hide behind our sweaters and jackets a little more.. My wedding is in June too!!! We can keep each other motivated and on track so we can look hot in our dresses. :) Great job with the water, I need to be better with that..
