Okay, another week another small step. 2 lbs down so I am not going to the Fat Smash diet. I was going to go to that when I had a 0 loss or a gain but I have been reading about the Wendi plan and think I will try that when I get a 0 loss or gain instead and see how that goes because I really like the ww plan and find it easy to stick to. So we will see what next week holds. Good luck everyone in the coming week. I finally fit into a size 10 jeans. :-> Goal is an 8 so I'm close. Only 27 lbs to go!
