I left early for church this morning eating nothing and drinking no coffee. (I didn't even feed my dog!....bad,bad) After church I ate two iced donuts, some fruit, two cups of coffee with creamer and a diet Dr. Pepper. I'm home now and fed my dog. I'm sure Blacky appreciated that. I ate lunch at a friend's house and did not overeat. (Good thing!) I sure hope this diet works, I'll be very disappointed if it doesn't I may be doing the wrong thing eating any sweets with sugar; but I hope I can squeeze some in a little bit during the week....and still lose. I'm not eating as many cookies or as much ice cream. Well, we'll see. Tomorrow I'll weigh in.
