INJURY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fuck me... I pushed it yesterday and I've made it worse... now I know for sure I'll be out for (maybe even) weeks! FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU...
I ran 3 reps and by then it was clear my left calf was FUBAR.
I really WANT to run, walking is no fun anymore, but now I'll be walking my way to mending... and when I mean walking I mean HOPEFULLY being able to walk, because the pain is sucking balls. I'm on 400mg of ibuprofen, and I'm not discarding some serious diclofenac if I'm still in pain in 8 hrs... :(

On another note, I've upped the Kcals, and have been eating around 1500Kcals. Feeling better, but still scary AF- it goes against everything I know: Up the cals and lose weight- Whaaaa...

Also trying the zigzag, and I guess I suffer less when I do. Today it's a high calorie day because fuck it, I'm alone with the kids and it's not a workout day, so CHIPS and CHOCOLATE here I come. I also plan to log everything TO THE T, to see if I prevent binging like a dog.
