At last a loss! And 700 gr since yesterday, 400 gr since last week's weigh-in. Feeling much better :) Today, though, is my younger daughter's birthday. She's 14 and there will be some indulgence tonight - she now lives 700 km away and I haven't seen her for 6 weeks so we're both very excited and a diet's not gonna get in the way of birthday celebrations! I won't go mad but I will have a few drinks a piece of birthday cake. She texted me at 6 am to say they're on their way :D
