I ended up eating supper so late last night and it was planned pizza from Dominoe’s and homemade wings. Was on an outing which got delayed and messed up my ‘creature of habit routine.’ Wish I ate earlier and wish I wasn’t UP nearly two pounds this morning. Dumb sodium I guess. Oh well, it was DELICIOUS!!! Two slices of Canadian, pan pizza and some wings. But boy! Thin crust is much better on the calories!! I ended up staying up late, felt too full. I normally never eat past 6/7. Didn’t even start eating til after 8. Late for me. Normal for others. Lesson learned!

Hey Dr. Chris, write me a script for this? Please?!?! Looks good G! Did you save leftovers? I find that if I stick to 2 pieces then that’s 4 meals in a week. OR I can have 3-4 pieces which means 2 meals and a snack. Most times I’d rather have it the 4 times :). 3 pizzas and a cheese bread pizza for 5 of us last week. I hid mine back and had that dinner and two lunches. Shared a piece or two with the kids. However the 4 of them went through 90% of their pizza that night and only had a snack left. They tried to find mine but I hit d t behind the bell peppers and other healthy food. They never found it lol. (Just an idea if ya ever need to hide your leftover pizza! )
