Crazy good day (week really). My wife is partnering with a coffee chain to produce their baked goods and she gets to keep running her business at their bakery! Less baked goods in the house! Whoop!

Today I did a bit of a splurge at Jersey Mike’s Chipotle Cheesesteak (no bread) Hit the spot.

Turned around and worked out for an hour. 10 min cardio, 50 min weights. Free Squats, bench, more legs, more arms, back, abs! Whoooo! Feeling good!
