Ugh. According to the counters on this site I burn 1800 calories a day doing my normal activities. I am supposed to eat about 1600. That's only a 200 calorie deficit... And I don't always eat 1600, sometimes I eat more. So now I have to work out like mad or cut my calories way down in order to get deficits I want to lose the weight. Bah. Bah, I say! Why are we punished with a lower amount of calories burned as we get smaller? SOO NOT FAIR!

Not that it matters anyway, since apparently my weight goes up even with daily deficits.

I'm at about your weight and I use this calorie calculator to deterimint my calorie intake. http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm# i think you maybe at to high of a calorie intake to lose a steady amount of weight. Check it out, tell me what you think. I find the less you have to lose the harder it is, IE less calories you can intake.

The last lbs are the hardest. You have done great so far, so keep doing what you have been doing and the scale will unstick itself.
