Hmm well, I'm doing better in a sense, but worse in another. I've upped my water intake significantly. I'm one of those people who never feels thirsty, so I rarely ever drink anything. I have a habit, my boyfriend says, of mistaking thirst for hunger. So, when I'm thirsty, I'll eat an apple, or an orange and not even realize the reason I was craving that was because I was thirsty.

All together I drank 5 1/2 cups of water yesterday between my green tea and just plain water. It was really hard for me to do.

More good news, is that I've started attempting to eat slower. I've been doing a lot of reading on the benefits of it, so I'm trying. It's also not easy...but then agian, no one said losing weight would be easy.

The bad news however, is that I indulged AGAIN yesterday. Icecream has got to leave my house. I can't believe Adam bought TWO tubs of it. I need willpower damnit. lol

You sound like you are doing very well! Don't feel bad about the ice cream. It's not such a terrible thing if you plan it into your eating for the day. Allow yourself some small indulgences and you won't feel their "pull" so strongly. Awesome job working on improving your water intake and conscious eating. Things are looking good!
