The day I break through my psychological barrier (70), there’s load shedding as I’m preparing my food😳 Salads finished so I was about to be making broccoli with garlic butter and ox liver!!! I thought I’d wait the three hours out but was hungry! So instead I had some of the pizza 🙇🏽‍♀️ I ordered for my family to eat as I couldn’t cook! Look, I enjoyed the pizza but the timing was awful!!! Now am terrified of what the scale will say, so I’ll get to it early next week🤦🏾‍♀️

This journey to health and weight loss is Not easy! Just as you’re back in the groove and motivated, life inevitably throws a curve ball! Ahhhhhh😤
