I am very happy to say that I am back into a daytime shift! Its really cool because the warehouse I am running is literally next door to the one I was at when I began my journey with fatsecret. It is a very good place to walk and jog, which were a huge factor in my succesful first year on the program. I t was very hard for me to maintain on a 12 hour nightly shift. The body did not seem to like it. ow I am back to walking regularly, and it is a lot easier for me to stay motivated to excercise and eat right as a day walker. To those of you doing shift work, my hat is off to you. Thats a tough gig. Mine was 4 pm to 4 am and I never want to do it again. I need to take off 15 lbs I gained. I am thankfully only 5 lbs over my goal weight of 175, but had gotten to 10 below. Ill take 170 though! wife said I got to looking like a "chick" for a while at 165 or lower. Cheers buddies...Its good to be back in the game.
