Logging this good news because I'm reeling:
Bf went to the doc for checkups- doc said she didn't know HOW he achieved that but all the negative stuff is down, the positive stuff is up-- keep it up and just continue check ups every 6 months for his disposition of high blood pressure.
We know how he achieved it: HEALTHY FOOD + CARDIO + WEIGHTS! No pills or medicines required, a change in his lifestyle made it all possible.
I'm so fucking proud of us I'm teary eyed.
Btw, Bf has always been thin in the "healthy" BMI range; but evidently just being thin =/= truly healthy.
Today is work out day and I'm going to be running like hell, with an even bigger smile than normal.
GOGOGO!!
PS: Logging this cos I'm also dying: yesterday a bunch of clothes arrived and I'm back to wearing pencil skirts. YEAHHHHH! Oh, and I didn't realize it at first, but being 54Kg now means I've achieved a milestone: 20Kg lost.
