This Shake for breakfast and shake for lunch thing has been working for me. Two shakes a day and eating a healthy well portioned meal for dinner is doing great. I drink water only and treat myself to a sugar free soda when I really want one during the week. And I am making sure to exercise each day. I also take a lot of supplements because I feel like the shakes don't give me "everything" that I need in order to be able to function at my best. A lot of immune support supplements since I work with special needs and someone is ALWAYS sick. Finally this is what I needed to do to get past this stalemate I had with my weight loss. I was only doing one shake a day but now that I am doing two I can see the scale giving me compliments already! I am not saying this will work for everyone or that it is the "right" way I am just saying for me this seems to be working the best.
